Regents and Rulers of Belgium and the Flanders

Belgium became an independent kingdom from 4/10 1830. The state was formed by uniting several areas which - during time - had had connection with one or more neighbouring realms::

Lower Lorraine and Brabant = Lothringen: Niederlothringen + Oberlothringen; numbered A01--
